Taste Tofino’s sustainable boat-to-table cuisine in this 2 week-long culinary celebration!
Prix fixe menus are offered at partnering restaurants, highlighting local and sustainable seafood offerings such as salmon, crab, spot prawns and shellfish. Visiting chefs (including Joel Watanabe of Bao Bei and Lee Cooper of L'Abattoir!) partner with Tofino’s local culinary talent for exciting in restaurant collaborations and family-friendly, outdoor Anchor events like the Boat To Tailgate Party and the Dock Festival, celebrating life on and off the water and true Tofitian food culture.
