West Coast Weddings and Events is a locally owned and operated business with the client's -your- interests at heart. We are an independant wedding planning company that provides you with as much information as you might need to celebrate your wedding here in Tofino or Ucluelet. First of all, we set up a complimentary consultation with you to find out exactly how you forsee your special day. We thereby find out what location is suitable for you, your guests, and your budget. We then provide you with all available options that would fulfill your dream wedding day. We can help you with as many details as you need from organizing everything like photographers, florists, estheticians, bakers, hair stylists, minister, commissioner, caterers, etc. or we can step in to help you wherever you need it. We also custom design gift baskets for that special occasion full of as many local ingredients as possible. Grocery shopping can also be arranged through us so that your food is in your cabin, chilled and awaiting your arrival. Romantic set-ups with champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries, rose petals and twinkling candles can also be arranged. We aim to make your visit with us here on the West Coast a very memorable occasion.
