Tofino Airlines operates from three locations in British Columbia: Gabriola, Sechelt and Tofino. Each location offers scheduled service and air tours specific to each location. Contact phone numbers and schedules can be found on on our website. Our fleet includes a turbine Otter, Cessna 180s and 4 of the legendary Canadian designed and built de Havilland Beaver floatplanes. Since it first flew in 1947 the Beaver has operated on every continent, has flown in the Vietnam and Korean Wars and is still the floatplane of choice for most operations in the floatplane industry. The Beaver was also named as one of the top ten outstanding Canadian engineering achievements of the twenty-first century and to this day there is no aircraft available to take its place. Come with us and experience a piece of history aboard this classic aircraft.
Tofino Air in Tofino has been in operation for over a decade. Flying to and from Hot Springs Cove, scenic flights, remote guided fishing and wilderness drop offs are our favourites. During the summer months we offer scheduled service to and from Vancouver. Do come and visit while you are in town or just watch the planes from the Sea Shanty Restaurant. We are located by the water on First Street.
